Vietnam’s first refinery begins test run

PV Oil will supply four million tons of crude oil for the year-long test of the refinery and will distribute 3.4 million tons of refined products.

The refinery is expected to produce 5.7 million tons of oil products a year when it begins full-scale operations in 2010, meeting one-third of the country’s demands.
