The event, which will continue until next Tuesday, attracted 370 local businesses with almost 600 stalls and more than 40 stalls set up by foreign enterprises from such countries as Thailand, China, India, Malaysia, France and the US.
Visitors can see new breeds of rice, fruits, farm products, fertilizers and pesticides at the fair, which is entitled “Vietnamese Agriculture makes sustainable development with good products, brands, quality, technology, safety and integration.”
Other agriculture-related activities such as a “good fruit and safe food” competition will be organized at the fair.
