French professor grants scholarships to central students

This was the sixth time that Vallet scholarships have been granted to students in Da Nang City.

French-born Odon Vallet, a doctor of law and a religious history professor at Paris-based Sorbonne University, set up the scholarship program for Vietnamese students in 2001.
