Vietnam economic forum to focus on growth maintenance
Vietnamese leaders, international policymakers and directors of major regional economic and financial groups will discuss maintaining economic growth at the Vietnam Economic Forum slated for September 19-20 in Hanoi.

The forum’s organizers, Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment, Vietnam News Agency and the Asian News Network, say delegates will focus on the most urgent issues currently facing Vietnam.

These include difficulties in curbing inflation, and economic stability and development, Phan Huu Thang, head of the ministry’s Foreign Investment Agency, told reporters Thursday.
