Armed teenage robbers arrested in Dong Nai
Dong Nai Province’s Xuan Loc District police Friday charged three high school students and another 16-year-old with robbery in the southern province.

The police alleged that ringleader Pham Van Lai, 16, and Ly Van Duc, 16, who dropped out of school, plus two student friends – Dang Quoc Tuan, 16, and Ly Quoc Phap, 15 – carried out the robbery on a quiet country road in Lang Minh Commune on Tuesday.

At about 9 p.m., the four teenagers held up a motorbike with a man and woman and robbed them at knife point.

Lai and Duc, who were arrested an hour later, allegedly confessed and turned in their two accomplices.
