The World Bank office in Vietnam said Adams visited Ankroet Hydroelectric Plant, a flower farm in Da Lat and Van Minh Primary School in Tan Van Commune of Lam Ha District.
Adams is also scheduled to visit the Oceanic Institute in Nha Trang Town in the central coastal province of Khanh Hoa today.
The World Bank has previously approved a US$502 million loan to help Vietnam improve urban infrastructure, expand its rural electrical network and improve the access of people in rural areas to finance.
