The fire broke out at the trolley wheel-making workshop of Tuan Phuong Export - Import, Trading and Services Ltd. Co. at around 2 a.m.
It took more than 60 firefighters in excess of seven hours to extinguish the blaze. Although several workers were inside the building when the blaze broke out, they managed to escape without injury.
Fanned by strong winds and fed by flammable materials inside, the fire destroyed the workshop and all its machinery, as well as a van and a three-wheeled motorbike.
