This year, the province will put VND40 billion ($2.5 million) from revenues made in bird’s nests production and some VND50 billion ($3 million) from land exploitation revenues towards developing the town.
The numbers account for 90 percent of the province’s bird’s nest revenues and 50 percent of its land revenues.
Additionally, the province will use its annually unused budget money, about VND20 billion ($1.2 million), to provide three-year, interest-free loans to individuals to restore their privately-owned museums.
