Six precious murals restored in Hue
German artists are restoring the mural in a file photo
German artists have completed of a restoration project that upgraded six valuable murals and the interior decoration of Khai Tuong Lau, the main hall of An Dinh Palace in the ancient royal capital of Hue.

The renovation project had started in 2005 with technical assistance provided by German experts.

Work on the interior decorations of the second and third floors is set for completion by the end of the year.

The palace, located at 23 Tong Duy Tan Street, is now open to visitors.
